Thank you for shopping at Bags By Lisa! This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders worldwide. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. No matter where you are located, you can place an order with Bags By Lisa and have it delivered to your doorstep.

Shipping cost

We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders. There are no minimum order requirements — every order ships free, regardless of size, weight, or destination.

Order processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Delivery time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier used. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • North America: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Middle East & North Africa: 7–14 business days
  • Asia & Pacific: 10–20 business days
  • South America & Africa: 14–25 business days

Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, local postal service delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@bags-by-lisa.com.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Bags By Lisa is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be charged by your country's customs authority. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to understand what charges may apply.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Bags By Lisa is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@bags-by-lisa.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please first check your tracking information for updates. Many delays are temporary and resolve on their own, especially when packages are being processed through customs.

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, or if you believe your package is lost, please contact us at support@bags-by-lisa.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bags-by-lisa.com. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
